Unfortunately, if you do not live in Colorado we are not allowed to provide therapy services.

Colorado law states that the age of consent for an individual to seek out and schedule their own psychotherapy services is 12 years old (Colorado House Bill 19-1120).

According to the law, therapists are mandated reporters. A mandated reporter is required to report actual or suspected cases of abuse or neglect to the following populations:

Minors

Dependents

Elders over the age of 65

Mandated Reporting

Imminent harm to self or others

Court Order
